問：華人雙方之間定了一個中文的協議，在法律上是有效的嗎？
郝琦律師答：在美國不管是任何協議，文字，手寫或者口頭的協議，都有法律效應。只要有足夠的證據證明這個合約是兩個人的，有沒有證人在法律上是不要求的。唯一需要看到證人簽字的是遺囑。對語言也是沒有要求的，不需要證人，也不需要公證的。不管什麼言語，什麼文字，只要是兩個人簽署的合約，它就有法律的效應。
